I have read that Colin Morgan and Bradley James did a tour throughout Wales exploring the places thought to be connected with Arthur Pendragon. Was a DCD made of this special?
BBC
Dear Margaret,
Thank you for your message to BBC Worldwide Channels in Asia.
You may like to check DVD availability with the BBC Shop – www.bbcshop.com – or an alternative online or local retailer. In addition, for many shows, the programme-makers release related merchandise which you may find of interest.

Could I please know why the newer episodes of Doctor Who is not shown on BBC Entertainment? This kind of treatment that differs from the Asians to the Americans and the people of the UK seems rather unfair to me and I would like to know the reason for it. Thank you.
BBC
Dear Huda,
Thank you for your message to BBC Worldwide Channels in Asia.
We very much appreciate feedback from our viewers and we thank you for contacting us. Due to rights and availability issues, there will always be a delay between original transmission in the UK and when we are able to bring programmes to our international viewers, but we do try to minimise this wherever possible. Doctor Who series 6 premiered on BBC Entertainment in Asia in November 2012 and we do hope you enjoyed this series. Doctor Who is a hugely popular show and this month we are providing viewers with an opportunity to watch episodes of Doctor Who that they may have missed previously or to watch their favourite episodes again.
Thank you for taking the time and trouble to contact us with your feedback which we very much appreciate.
Best wishes,

Considering the amount of repeats on all your channels (your lifestyle channel seems to be running on an endless repeats tape) I must congratulate you that your News channel is actually showing daily news instead of repeats
BBC
Dear John,
Thank you for your further message to BBC Worldwide Channels in Asia.
We note that you continue to feel that some programmes are shown too frequently and we have noted your feedback. As with all cable and satellite channels, repeats are a feature of most schedules and this is useful for those viewers who don't watch the same channel every day and, due to the multi-channel environment, often miss complete series. As mentioned in our previous response, we do regularly introduce new titles to our channels and in April we hope you will enjoy Food & Drink and Extreme Makeover: Home Edition series 9 which are both premiering this month on BBC Lifestyle.
Thank you for taking the time and trouble to contact us with your feedback which we very much appreciate.

Please can we have less Graham Norton as he is on this channel it seems almost every day. Despite his guests he continues to push himself forward as the star of the show which must surely be embarrassing for guests .He is actually quite boring and the show is so predictably formulaic that it palls. Are there no other chat show hosts available for a bit of variety?
charlie
can i ask exactly what the repeat policy is for programmes on the channel is, as i am considering whether to renew my subscription. presently i seem to be seeing the same content over and over and over and over and over again perhaps for my ease of comprehension you might just give a percentage of the schedule that is repeat programmes.
thank you in anticipation
BBC
Dear Charlie,
Thank you for your message to BBC Worldwide Channels in Asia.
The schedules for our channels are compiled by an experienced group of programme schedulers who fill each day with the best programmes they believe our audiences will enjoy. Viewing habits and differences in working hours mean that we repeat programmes in different day parts in order to allow viewers plenty of opportunity to catch their favourites. As with all cable and satellite channels, repeats are a feature of most schedules and this is welcomed by those viewers who don't watch the same channel every day and, due to the multi-channel environment, often miss complete series.
We very much hope that you will renew your subscription to our channels. We have some fantastic premiere programmes this month in Asia including on BBC Knowledge: Robson Green's Extreme Fishing Countdown Special, Exploring China: A Culinary Adventure, Alex Polizzi – The Fixer series 2, Undercover Boss UK series 4, Gordon Behind Bars, Free Mussolini and on BBC Entertainment brand new drama Call The Midwife and comedy Watson & Oliver series 2. On BBC Lifestyle a brand new series of Masterchef started on the channel at the end of March and from 30 April Food & Drink a new series featuring chef Michel Roux jr is premiering on BBC Lifestyle.
Thank you for taking the time and trouble to contact us with your feedback which we very much appreciate.

Is it really necessary to continuously repeat the same programs you have been showing for the last 2 years? You have so much more material to show but you seem to be limited to Allo Allo series 1!
BBC
Dear Andrew,
Thank you for your message to BBC Worldwide Channels in Asia.
We are sorry that you are unhappy with the amount of repeats which you feel are broadcast on our channels in Asia. As with all cable and satellite channels, repeats are a feature of most schedules and this is welcomed by those viewers who don't watch the same channel every day and, due to the multi-channel environment, often miss complete series.
We are committed to doing everything possible to introduce a higher number of new titles to our channels and in April and a brand new programme Call The Midwife is premiering on BBC Entertainment from 14 April and this series was hugely popular when it was shown in the UK. Other new content in April includes Watson & Oliver series 2, and brand new editions of The Graham Norton Show from 20 April.
We very much appreciate feedback from our viewers and we thank you for taking the time and trouble to contact us.

I have the impression that you have set your channels on endless repeat tape - you are still showing the same episodes of Restaurant again and agin ad nausea and on BBC the same as you have now every evening the same programs on yuo already repeated last year over and over and over even Top Gear which you call the new series is a repeat of a repeat - well waiting for when you start repeating news broadcasts
BBC
Dear John,
Thank you for your message to BBC Worldwide Channels in Asia.
We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the amount of repeats which you feel are shown on our channels. Repeats form an important part of our schedules as many viewers who missed episodes the first time around do enjoy the opportunity to see these again, and others enjoy seeing the wealth of programming we have to offer more than once. We do always invest in new programmes and regularly introduce new titles and series to our channels, and we value audience feedback highly. This month we hope you will enjoy the brand new series of Two Greedy Italians and MasterChef, as well as Kevin's Grand Designs, on BBC Lifestyle. Meanwhile on BBC Knowledge you might be interested in the new series of The Toughest Place To Be, and the highly anticipated documentary Prince Harry: Frontline Afghanistan, from 27th March.

You are treating people in a Asia as dumb all we get is repeats, you sya you do not repeat at peak times however we have watched Allo Allo and Fawlty Towers over and over again. Also in the eveing repeats of Silent Witness, Waking the Dead, Ramsays Kitchen Nightmares, The F Word as well as Top Gear episode that are almost ten years old.
We know all these programmes were shown in UK several years ago so why can we not have shows that have been on in the last couple of years. Also The Restaurant we used to get series 2 followed by series 3 and the we went back to series 2 and then series 3. Not today series 3 had just finished and lo and behold you are repeating it again.
This is not how you should be treating viewers it is a digraceful show of could not care less. I am sure if I read your code of conduct I would find that you are breaking that code. Dreadful service
BBC
Dear Sheena,
Thank you for your message to BBC Worldwide Channels in Asia.
We very much appreciate your feedback and as you may recall we previously responded to you via this site in January 2013 explaining why programmes are repeated on our channel and also that rights and availability issues mean that there will be a delay between original transmission and when we are able to bring programmes to our international viewers.
You mention that you would like to see programmes produced in the last few years and new to BBC Entertainment in April which we hope you will enjoy, include Call The Midwife, a brand new drama which was hugely popular when it broadcast in the UK. Other new content in April include Watson & Oliver series 2, and brand new editions of The Graham Norton Show.
Thank you for taking the time and trouble to contact us.
